Riot Fest returns to Chicago on September 14-16 at Chicago’s Douglas Park and they just announced the first wave of their year’s lineup. Beck, Cat Power, Blink-182, Father John Misty, Blondie, Pussy Riot, Elvis Costello, HEALTH, GWAR, Speedy Ortiz, Underoath, the Wonder Years, Gary Numan, Incubus, Bully, Bad Religion, and more are scheduled to perform.
