Alternative pop sensation Lights embarked on her biggest tour to date earlier this year promoting her fourth studio album [amazon_textlink asin=’B074Q42WVS’ text=’Skin&Earth’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’faroutmidwest-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’79c0fc9e-1e69-11e8-be5b-653bdb51f490′]. The Canadian pop phenom kicked off the ‘We Were Here’ tour in her hometown of Vancouver in January. She has since left a trail of comic infused music through the US hitting major cities including San Francisco, Las Vegas, Houston, Nashville, and New York.

Skin and Earth proves to be Light’s most aspiring project to date, with an enchanting multimedia experience infused with her potent love for music and comics. The comic book concept record was released in September 2017 accompanied by her same titled comic book.

Light’s revolutionary artistic album has received positive reviews from critics including Buzzfeed stating “It’s time for Americans to fall in love with Lights”. Billboard also highlighted her immersive project claiming “…concept albums are nothing new, but it’s the lengths to which Lights takes her fourth album Skin&Earth that sets it apart”

Last month she dropped her latest music video “We Were Here” promoting her current tour. The music video directed by Jeremy Schaulin-Rioux, evidently displayed Lights’ iconic comic-like panache as well as introducing the world of Skin&Earth.

Light’s now charges ahead to take the Midwest by storm, continuing her tour in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Missouri. Lights will share the stage with Australian alt Indie band Chase Atlantic in her upcoming tours in the Midwest.
