Prime Social Group has announced that #FEST is returning in 2019 for its 17th edition. #FEST will kick off on April 13th at Athens, Ohio (home to one of the Midwest’s party central hubs Ohio University). The ‘nation’s biggest college festival’ returns with its multi-layered hip-hop and EDM lineup highlighting some of the top artists including headliner Rae Sremmurd as well as new and local talent.
